Calling all trainers and potential owners!

Harness Racing New Zealand has recently had some keen potential owners contact us looking to be a part of a racing syndicate.

If you are currently racing a horse where there are shares available please get in contact with Courtney Buchanan at HRNZ so that we can work together to get new owners into Harness Racing and into your syndicates. 

Likewise we are keen to hear from anyone wanting to get involved in ownership. You can already have horses and be looking to extend your involvement, or you can be a total novice.   

The options for owners are many and varied. You can buy horses outright, go into a syndicate,  or enter into  lease agreements. The options are designed to fit it with people’s individual circumstances  – it does not have to blow the budget.
