Christmas Message from the Chief Executive

The team at HRNZ and the board wish all of the very good people involved in harness racing a safe and happy festive season.

It is a busy time for racing so many of you will be travelling and working as usual; I hope you get to take some time out to spend with families and friends at this special time of the year.

The successful Fast10 meeting at Addington last week was an excellent example of how a range of people from across the industry can work together with the greater good of the industry in mind.

I have no doubt there is more change ahead in 2020 as we make the changes that are needed, across all three codes, to create a brighter future for racing in New Zealand.           

The HRNZ office will be closed from Midday on Christmas Eve and then open, with a skeleton staff, on normal working days through to January 6^th when most of the team are back on deck.
