April 17 - Re-issued Circular 1903 notifying a revised date for submissions.
Notice of Proposed Amendment to the Rules of Harness Racing - clause 24
This re-issued circular has been necessary as the Board meeting originally scheduled for 31st May has been brought forward to Friday 17th May, thereby requiring the date for any submissions to be brought forward to 7th May 2019.
