Vicbred and Need For Speed changes

There's been a change to the way Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) nominations are being handled on this side of the Tasman.

Previously Harness Racing New Zealand took nominations and payments for the Vicbred and Need For Speed series on behalf of HRV.

Now it's been decided that HRV will handle these themselves, and all nomination forms have to be sent to them. HRV will send an invoice for payment to participants once they have processed the nominations. The change is effective immediately.

If anyone pays HRNZ in error they will receive a full refund.
